Automatcher
Automatcher is Monoovas feature that allows you to receive and automatically reconcile incoming payments.
How it Works
By supplying payers with a valid Australian BSB and Account Number or PayID, funds can be received directly into your Monoova account. This capability, coupled with an integrated ledger that monitors incoming and outgoing transactions, as well as the option to set rules for automatically rejecting or refunding overpayments and underpayments, enables effortless payment management.

Having customers pay by bank transfer is convenient for them but risky for you. If they mistype or forget the reference, you may not know who the payment is from, leading to orphaned transactions that are difficult and costly to manage.
We offer a solution by allowing you to create virtual account numbers, which allow you to a unique account number to each payer, ensuring you know exactly where the funds come from even if the reference is missing.
Using virtual accounts is a smart way for businesses to segment payments without needing multiple bank accounts. For example, a business might use one virtual account per:
- Customer
- Invoice
- Brand or entity
- Business unit or revenue stream
This gives visibility over where payments are coming from, while keeping reconciliation fully automated and up to date.
Once a transaction is received, Monoova provides detailed reporting and makes the funds available for disbursement in your account.
PayID
In addition to virtual account numbers, Monoova allows you to create unique PayIDs using your own custom web domain or Monoovas domain.
Payers can transfer funds directly to a PayID from their online banking, with funds received within seconds. Unlike a traditional BSB and account number, using PayID allows payers to ensure they're paying the right person before they make a payment.
Ledger Accounts provide a way to virtually segregate funds, enabling you to track balances allocated to them separately from your mAccount balance. Each Ledger Account is assigned a unique Virtual Account Number and an optional PayID for receiving payments. They also support direct debits and outbound payments.
Monoovas intelligent reconciliation rules allow you to automatically reject or refund payments that are overpaid or underpaid in real time.
Whitelisting enables you to regulate the sources of payments to a virtual account number. When a whitelist is configured, payments from non-whitelisted accounts are immediately rejected in real time.
Source Account Information
Source account information is returned when recieving an inbound DE or NPP payment, allowing you to see the payers account information such as BSB, Account Number, and Account Name.
