### Testing overview 

The R10 Compliance & Acceptance Test Pack is now available to download \[Add test pack download link]. It is the primary reference for R10 testing and sign-off, and sets out the required scenarios, execution steps, test data, expected results and acceptance criteria. It covers domestic payments, refunds and verification, domestic receivables reporting and webhooks, PayTo agreements (synchronous and asynchronous) and agreement webhooks, PayTo payment initiation, and Confirmation of Payee and PayID resolution. IPS-specific testing guidance will follow in November. 

- Most test cases can be run on your own. Some receivables scenarios need us to send an incoming payment to you. These are marked in the pack, so contact us to arrange them. 
- Work through the areas that match the services you use. Where an area doesn't apply to you, mark it Not Applicable. 
- We'll confirm how to submit your completed test pack and evidence in a separate update. 

Your testing is complete when: 

1. All mandatory test cases that apply to you have a final status. 
2. Expected and actual results are recorded, with supporting evidence. 
3. Failed or blocked tests reference a defect, an exception or an agreed action. 
4. Any remaining risk or exception is documented and approved. 
5. Your approver, acceptance decision and acceptance date are recorded.

| Sandbox Beta     | Testing will use a new, separate Sandbox Beta environment, opening on 1 November 2026. You register yourself from 1 November at \[Add Sandbox Beta registration link]. Existing Sandbox users, credentials, accounts and data will not be migrated. New access will be required. The environment is specifically for R10 testing and may not support unrelated Sandbox services. Controlled test data and a standard test BSB will be provided; existing custom configurations will not carry over.
