Creates a new webhook subscription.

subscriptionIdstringRequired. Monoova generated Guid that uniquely identifies the subscription. Returned in the <code>subscriptionId</code> field of the response to <code>POST /Subscription</code>, and listed by <code>GET /Subscription</code>. Accepted with or without enclosing braces.
